The Summerside Bantam Spartans used home field advantage and a steady defence to get past the Souris Bantam Wildcats and advance to their second championship game, winning 29-12 in the semi-finals on Saturday.
Running back Ty Wright had three rushing touchdowns for the Spartans, the last one coming off a 12-yard-run in the third quarter that put the Spartans up 29-6 and clinched a trip to the finals for the second year in a row.
"We took a different route than we did last year," said Defensive Coordinator Brian Doucet.
"This year we had some adversity. We had a 3-3 record in the regular season, but we got to host a home game. It feels good to go back to the finals and we're going to have to be ready no matter what."
Aiden Smith had a receiving touchdown for the Spartans, while Jed Cahill had a 35-yard-rushing score and Zack Acorn had a receiving score for the Wildcats.
